People working in legal services from all over Florida will come together for three days to envision what a more coordinated & effective network of legal services could be in the state. They will tackle one of of five challenge areas, define a specific opportunity within it, and design a new initiative to address this challenge.
The five challenge areas we'll be starting from:
Resources: How do we tap new and varied resources to support our work?
Leaders: How do we develop and retain a new generation of leaders?
Data: How do we use data to enhance our resources, our work, and our impact?
Communities: How do we serve our communities in more client-centered and strategic ways?
Collaboration: How can we collaborate more inside of our legal services network and beyond?
At the end of Day 2, all of the teams in each of the Challenge Areas will choose one team to proceed to Day 3's Pitch Panel. All of the teams will create concept posters & write-ups of their ideas, and the 5 selected teams will pitch their new initiatives to the Summit participants & the panelists for their feedback.
